Excited about daily Brain Hacks!

In today's world, we are busy with work, home life, and the list goes on. Unfortunately, we have a hard time reading and educating ourselves to further us along to reach our goals. I am going to begin posting short, actionable tips called "brain hacks".
Brain Hacks is the application of techniques and/or technologies to affect an individual's mental state, cognitive processes or level of function.
These "brain hacks" will be short and to the point, allowing you to implement them in your daily life and move closer to your goals and new successes!
